I have always been interested in fine art pottery from all over the world, especially, that which is rich in history. That's why when I came across these amazing pottery pieces, I wanted to share them with you. The feel and touch of this pottery is amazing. Some of the pottery is from the town of Chulucanas located in northwest Peru, a long dusty ride from Lima. I am also bringing you beautiful pieces from Nicaragua. These special pieces come from San Juan de Oriente, a village about 45 minutes away from Nicaragua's capital, Managua, where potters are well known for their excellent clay work. For the most part, every artisan in this village works in small family groups. Their art is a tradition passed down from generation to generation. Enjoy! - Ricky
